  • Production Planning & Workflow Management – Develop and manage production schedules, coordinate work orders, and ensure deadlines are met efficiently.
  • Furniture Modeling & Design – Create 3D models of furniture pieces using CAD or other modeling software to support production and client projects.
  • Work Order Coordination – Review and organize work orders to guarantee accuracy and smooth execution.
  • Client Communication – Answer incoming phone calls, provide excellent customer service, and schedule consultations.
  • Estimate Preparation – Assist in creating detailed client estimates aligned with company standards.
  • General Executive Admin Support – Assist leadership with administrative tasks, document preparation, and high-priority projects to support business operations.
  • Email & Scheduling Management – Organize and prioritize the company's inbox, respond to inquiries, and schedule meetings.
  • Reporting & Updates – Provide regular updates to leadership on production timelines, team performance, and operational challenges.
  • Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies in operations and propose solutions for streamlined workflows.

Qualifications

  • Interior Design, Furniture Production, or Upholstery background required (degree or relevant work experience).
  • Proficiency in CAD or 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, AutoCAD, or similar).
  • Experience in production planning or manufacturing coordination preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing remote teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High-level proficiency in email management, scheduling tools, and productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the furniture, upholstery, or design industry is highly preferred.
  • Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
