As a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be a vital member of their Growth team and responsible for building strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors across Europe, particularly within Italian-speaking markets. If you are passionate about health, wellness, and longevity, and excited to work in a fast-paced, science-driven environment, this role is perfect for you.

What will you do

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors in the health, wellness, beauty, and longevity niches.
  • Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from outreach to contract negotiation, content briefing, and reporting.
  • Support the creative team in the development of influencer content aligned with company's premium and science-backed positioning.
  • Monitor influencer content to ensure quality and brand compliance.
  • Analyze and report on influencer campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging talents, and new platforms.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives across paid social, partnerships, and community-building efforts.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a science-related field (preferred:
    biology, nutrition, health sciences).
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or social media
    (including internships).
  • Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated organizational and project management abilities.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and self-motivation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • A strong passion for health, wellness, science, and longevity.

Contract Type: This position is available under either a B2B or freelance agreement.
