We are looking for a Product Designer to create user-first experiences that empower people globally. We're seeking a creative thinker and proactive problem-solver who's ready to make a real impact in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.

In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, translate user insights into intuitive designs, and continuously iterate to deliver market-leading solutions.

Responsibilities

Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms
Create interactive elements and user flows to ensure seamless navigationOrganize content logically for easy access and usabilityConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable design solutionsEnsure accessibility and responsiveness across different devicesDocument design decisions and guidelines for accurate implementationStay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements

4+ years in product design with a focus on web and mobile platformsAbility to create intuitive user flows and interactive elementsStrong visual design skills: layout, typography, color, iconographyProficient in UI design, rapid prototyping and design iteration (Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools)Understanding of user research methods and applying insights to designAbility to plan and conduct usability tests and A/B experiments Knowledge of information architecture and content organizationExperience designing responsive interfaces for all screen sizesBasic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with developersFamiliarity with version control tools like GitStrong collaboration skills across product, dev, and stakeholder teamsExcellent communication, user empathy, adaptability, and attention to detail
