SEO Specialist

We are seeking a skilled SEO Specialist to lead organic growth initiatives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. In this role, you will manage technical, on-page, and off-page SEO while exploring innovative AI-driven strategies to enhance visibility, attract high-intent audiences, and drive measurable results. You will collaborate with content and marketing teams, perform in-depth audits, and experiment with large language models to optimize search performance. • Accountabilities:
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, covering technical, on-page, and off-page factors to identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and semantic SEO strategies to inform content creation.
• Optimize site structure, metadata, internal linking, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to produce SEO-driven blogs, landing pages, and other resources.
• Build and manage link-building and outreach initiatives to strengthen domain authority.
• Track and report on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and lead generation metrics.
• Diagnose and resolve crawl, indexation, and performance issues.
• Experiment with AI/LLM-driven SEO workflows, including keyword clustering, topic ideation, and meta generation.
• Requirements:
• 3–6 years of hands-on SEO experience, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building.
• Strong proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
• Solid understanding of keyword research, semantic SEO, and content optimization strategies.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM tools into SEO workflows (content ideation, clustering, prompt engineering).
• Proven track record of improving organic visibility, keyword rankings, and conversions.
• Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar analytics tools.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a part-time, remote-first setting.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities within limited hours.
• Bonus: Background in recruitment marketing, talent acquisition, or B2B SaaS marketing.
