Are you passionate about transforming financial planning through cutting-edge AI solutions? We are looking for a dynamic and driven analyst to lead the delivery of intelligent, data-powered planning tools that shape strategic decisions across global teams. What you will do:

• Drive full-cycle AI use case delivery from opportunity identification to deployment.
• Act as a functional analyst for Connected Business Planning, focusing on forecasting and scenario planning.
• Collaborate with global finance and business teams to design solutions that meet user needs and improve processes.
• Align with model builders and AI delivery teams on solution design and implementation strategy.
• Develop and manage monthly sprint plans to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Support end-user testing and bug resolution throughout the implementation process.
• Create and maintain detailed solution documentation.
• Ensure process transformation and efficiency improvements are embedded in solution design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, or Management-related fields.
• Experience delivering AI solutions, preferably in financial planning.
• Strong functional knowledge of financial systems and FP&A processes.
• Proven track record in business analysis, process transformation, and solution design.
• Experience with Anaplan use cases is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a desire to grow across technologies and business functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (especially Mandarin) are a plus.
