Finance Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead finance activities for our Bruneck legal entity and to act as a strong business partner to the plant and global functions. The role combines statutory compliance with proactive business partnering to support both operational and strategic objectives.

• Manage statutory, tax, and US GAAP reporting for the legal entity
• Lead audits, ensure SOX compliance, and maintain strong internal controls
• Oversee cash flow, treasury activities
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and legal entity performance analysis

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in legal entity finance, preferably in manufacturing
• Fluent English; German and/or Italian a plus.
• Experience in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax, and compliance
• Analytical, structured, and business‑oriented mindset
