  • Il candidato ideale deve possedere competenze consolidate in gestione dei clienti e capacità di sviluppare relazioni professionali a lungo termine.
  • È essenziale avere abilità analitiche per interpretare i dati, monitorare le performance e identificare le aree di miglioramento.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative per interagire in modo efficace con clienti e colleghi, sia oralmente che per iscritto.
  • Esperienza pregressa in vendite e assistenza clienti per identificare le esigenze dei clienti e offrire le giuste soluzioni.
