As our
Global Social Media Intern
, you will support the Global Social Media manager in the daily activation of our Social Media account worldwide, along with directing qualified traffic through paid social media to our e-commerce websites across the world.

As part of the global e-commerce team, you will work closely with communication team and local business units in charge of e-commerce turnover.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and moderate the community across all social and digital channels, replying to comments and DMs to maintain high engagement and foster community growth
  • Support the Social Media team in the development of paid and organic ads, including resizing assets and preparing translations
  • Plan and execute TikTok video shooting and editing, taking part in creative ideation, mobile filming, and post-production
  • Coordinate content scheduling and publishing across all brand channels
  • Write compelling copy for both organic posts and paid advertising campaigns
  • Support ongoing editorial calendar planning and execution
  • Conduct competitive research and social media trend monitoring

Who You Are

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Proficient with Adobe Suite (especially Photoshop)
  • Skilled in video editing apps (CapCut, After Effects)
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills with a community-first mindset
  • Creative, proactive, and curious with a strong interest in social trends and digital storytelling
  • A degree in Communication Design, Communication Sciences, Social Media or related fields will be considered a plus
