ricerchiamo una figura di
Head of Project Management del prodotto gestionale ERP
. La figura guiderà l'area Project Management con responsabilità sia strategiche, sia operative: coordinamento dei PM, supervisione dei carichi di lavoro, governance del delivery e gestione diretta dei progetti più complessi e dei clienti chiave.
Responsabilità
- Coordinare il team di
Project Manager
, definendo priorità, pianificazione e carichi di lavoro. - Supervisionare l'avanzamento dei progetti, monitorare risorse e garantire equilibrio organizzativo tra PM e team tecnico.
- Agire direttamente come
PM operativo
sui progetti più complessi, affiancando la Direzione e gestendo i clienti più strategici. - Assicurare stabilità, continuità e miglioramento dell'efficienza operativa della BU.
Requisiti
- 8+ anni di esperienza
nella gestione di progetti ERP/gestionali. - Solida esperienza come PM su progetti complessi, con capacità di gestione diretta del cliente.
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di team progettuali (PM, analisti, tecnici).
- Leadership organizzativa, visione dei processi e orientamento al delivery.
- Capacità di analisi dei carichi di lavoro e di pianificazione multi-progetto.
- Attitudine alla stabilità e alla crescita di lungo periodo.
