Production & Maintenance Supervisor
che possa rappresentare un punto di riferimento trasversale tra Produzione, Manutenzione e Miglioramento Continuo.
Il Ruolo
La figura, rispondendo al Responsabile di Produzione, avrà la responsabilità di
supervisionare le attività operative del reparto produttivo, supportando gli operatori nella gestione quotidiana e collaborando con il responsabile di produzione. Parallelamente, sarà chiamata a strutturare e guidare l'area manutenzione, definendo processi, priorità e KPI.
Il ruolo comprende inoltre attività di process engineering, raccolta e analisi dei dati produttivi,
implementazione di nuovi processi e supporto all'introduzione del sistema MES e dei principali strumenti gestionali.
Responsabilità Principali:
Supervisione della Produzione
- Coordinare e monitorare le attività operative degli operatori di linea.
- Supportare e affiancare i capi linea, garantendo il rispetto degli standard produttivi.
- Riportare al responsabile di produzione eventuali criticità, proponendo soluzioni e miglioramenti.
Gestione dell'Area Manutenzione
- Definire e strutturare l'area manutentiva, sviluppando piani di manutenzione preventiva e predittiva.
- Coordinare risorse interne ed esterne, pianificando attività e priorità.
- Gestire e monitorare KPI di performance (MTTR, MTBF, OEE correlati).
Process Engineering & Lean Manufacturing
- Raccogliere dati dai reparti e collaborare con l'ufficio Manufacturing Lean per analisi e progetti di ottimizzazione.
- Supportare l'implementazione di nuovi processi produttivi e standard operative.
- Contribuire allo sviluppo di layout, tempi e metodi.
Implementazione MES e Sistemi Gestionali
- Collaborare alla configurazione e test del sistema MES per garantirne la corretta integrazione con i flussi produttivi.
- Formare il personale su MES e strumenti digitali.
- Interfacciarsi con IT e Produzione per l'allineamento tra sistemi.
Requisiti:
- Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale, Industriale o background tecnico equivalente.
- Esperienza in contesti produttivi industriali, preferibilmente machinery o metalworking.
- Competenze nella supervisione di reparti produttivi e nel coordinamento di risorse operative.
- Conoscenza delle logiche di manutenzione preventiva/predittiva e gestione di impianti.
- Esperienza con sistemi MES, ERP e strumenti digitali di fabbrica.
- Padronanza dei principi Lean e degli strumenti di analisi dati.
- Leadership operativa e capacità di guidare dal campo.
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali.
- Visione analitica, organizzazione e senso pratico.
- Attitudine al miglioramento continuo e alla gestione del cambiamento.
