per realtà multinazionale leader di mercato nel settore dei dispositivi medicali all'avanguardia. L'azienda è specializzata nella progettazione, produzione e assistenza di dispositivi per il trattamento del cancro e di disturbi cerebrali.

The Role
La figura ricercata lavorarerà principalmente da remoto e sarà il primo punto di contatto per i clienti che necessitano di assistenza tecnica sui prodotti, occupandosi di:

  • Agire come riferimento principale per chiamate di supporto, email e segnalazioni tramite portale.
  • Risolvere le problematiche dei prodotti in ambienti clinici attivi.
  • Dare priorità ai casi critici in cui i sistemi clinici sono inattivi, garantendo un intervento immediato.
  • Documentare tutte le attività di supporto in conformità con le politiche interne.
  • Fornire comunicazioni chiare e professionali ai clienti riguardo i passaggi, le implicazioni e i tempi.
  • Visitare i siti dei clienti, se necessario, per indagare e risolvere i problemi.

Job Requirements
Mandatory skills:

  • Diploma e/o Laurea in ambito scientifico/tecnico/informatico;
  • Solida conoscenza dei sistemi PC/reti;
  • Pregressa esperienza nel settore medicale e nel supporto tecnico in campo.
  • Conoscenza di Citrix, Active Directory e tecnologie di virtualizzazione (preferibile);
  • Capacità analitiche e di problem solving, con forte capacità di definizione di una scala di priorità;
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e predisposizione a lavorare a contatto con pazienti di ambienti clinici:
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese.
