The role
We're looking for a versatile, analytically minded operator to support our next stage of growth. You'll help the team stay focused on high-impact work by handling daily tasks, analyzing data, and taking on a variety of ad hoc projects. You should be comfortable turning messy problems into clear plans and pulling insights from data.

How You'll Contribute

• Data analysis: Analyze and interpret data, build dashboards and reports, and run discovery work or simple experiments to validate assumptions.
• Customer insights: Turn findings into clear recommendations and assess new ideas, size opportunities, and build supporting models.
• Project execution: Drive cross-functional projects from planning through delivery under the supervision of a manager.

What You Need To Succeed

• 0-3 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startup business operations
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision making
• Hard-working and high-intensity
