9 month Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and document key manufacturing data (e.g., machine lists, routings, BOMs, cycle times, process parameters, work instructions).
• Assist production, tooling and engineering team teams in validating existing data for accuracy and completeness.
• Support creation and formatting of master data templates required for D365 and Opcenter system setup.
• Work with cross-functional teams (production, maintenance, planning, quality) to capture and standardize operational data.
• Document current manufacturing processes and workflows in a clear and structured manner.
• Support testing and validation activities during the system implementation (data migration checks, shopfloor trials).
• Maintain organized records and ensure version control of all engineering and process documentation.
• Provide administrative and analytical support to the project team during the D365 and Opcenter rollout.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a data collection position
• Technical diploma
• English language (at least B1 level)
• Strong organizational skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work well independently and as a team member
