PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As Living Quarter Specialist, you will join our Naval Department, in the business line ENCAR, conducting the following activities:

Activities

  • Architectural and technical specification preparation.
  • Building services design and coordination (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
  • Detailed design from Subcontractor review and follow-up.
  • Coordination with architect/REVIT designer and structural engineer.
  • Attendance to 3D reviews.
  • Basic knowledge for building services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, instrumentation, safety).
  • SOLAS rules.
  • Classification society rules (ABS, BV and/or DNV).
  • 3D review tool Navisworks.

QUALIFICATION:
Naval Architect – LQ specialist

KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE:
Fluent

LABOUR RELATIONSHIP:
Permanent contract

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
10 years +
