Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage compliance activities for ISO certifications (ISO 27001, ISO
  • Coordinate audit preparation and certification processes across multiple entities (Germany and Bulgaria).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks aligned with international standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure successful certification.
  • Monitor and report compliance status, risks, and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ISO Information Security) and ISO Business Continuity) standards.
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes, risk management, and internal controls.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.

Preferred / Advantageous Experience:

  • Familiarity with ISO IT Service Management) and ISO 9001 (Quality Management).
  • Experience in multi-entity or international compliance projects.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in information security and business continuity.
