This Position reports to:

Production Engineering Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
You will have the opportunity to optimize the external production organization's assembly methods, processes, and equipment to maximize effectiveness and granting budgeted output in terms of volumes, quality and service level. Each day, you will ensure appropriate support to improve production methods, cycle time, equipment performance, and materials/components in support of production targets. You will collaborate with other operation's functions to implement production footprint allocation strategy supporting commissioning and strategic projects.

Work model:

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for:

• measuring and monitoring external manufacturing performances, identifying and recommending improvement opportunities and implements improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timeframe, quality, and cost requirements.
• leading commissioning activities in cooperation with internal functions and the involved suppliers, defining and following-up action plans.
• Evaluating new process technologies to improve productivity, quality, and cost reduction, defining and leading testing activities, approval criteria, and external provider choices.

Qualifications For The Role

• You enjoy working in manufacturing environment with diverse culture and backgrounds. You are passionate about teamworking e you are strongly oriented to results.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of MS Office suite (especially excel) and you have established skills in problem solving and process mapping in operations areas.
• Degree in technical subjects (especially Engineering) is considered a plus as well as extensive and proven experience in operations departments (production management, quality and engineering).
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, any other language is considered a plus (especially French or Arabic)
• You are an easy traveler, used to arrange autonomously effective travels
