We're looking for an experienced and proactive Odoo Developer to join our team and support the customization, integration and deployment of ERP solutions across multiple business domains.

This is a hybrid position based in Italy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with Odoo (Python & XML) – 2+ years preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Odoo ORM, business flows (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.)
  • Good understanding of PostgreSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and Git workflows
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Availability to attend monthly in-person meetings across Italy
