Customer Quality Engineer – Automotive

Nell'ottica di potenziamento del nostro organico, siamo alla ricerca di un Customer Quality Engineer che avrà l'obiettivo di garantire la piena soddisfazione del cliente in termini di qualità di prodotto e di processo, gestendo in modo strutturato reclami, non conformità e azioni correttive in conformità alla normativa IATF La figura selezionata, a diretto riporto del Quality Manager, sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività: gestione dei reclami cliente con coordinamento delle attività di contenimento, analisi delle cause in collaborazione con Qualità di Reparto, Produzione e Manutenzione Stampi e definizione delle azioni correttive e preventive; redazione e invio della reportistica cliente (es. 8D) e verifica della corretta chiusura delle azioni; aggiornamento dei piani di miglioramento qualità cliente; gestione e preparazione degli audit cliente e delle relative azioni; ruolo di interfaccia unica verso i clienti per tutte le problematiche qualitative sui prodotti in produzione di serie.

Requisiti

  • Formazione:
    Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico (meccanico, industriale, materiali o equivalente)
  • Inglese
  • Esperienza:
    almeno
    3 anni
    in ruoli di
    Customer Quality / Assicurazione Qualità Clienti
    in aziende
    automotive
    o Tier 1 / Tier 2
  • Conoscenza di
    ISO 9001:2015
    e
    IATF 16949:2016
  • Utilizzo di
    APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D
  • Costituirà titolo preferenziale la qualifica di
    Auditor di Sistemi Qualità
  • Capacità di problem solving, gestione del cliente, comunicazione e lavoro in team
