We're hiring | Electrical Engineer
– BESS & Hybrid PV+BESS (Napoli)

At RelyAssets, we're scaling our Italian platform and building a strong in-house engineering team to deliver utility-scale BESS and hybrid PV + BESS projects.

We're looking for a mid-level Electrical Engineer, hands-on, who wants real technical ownership — not a coordination-only role.

What you'll do:


• Be involved across the full project lifecycle, from origination and early feasibility to COD


• Design in-house BESS and PV+BESS plants


• Work directly on grid connections (Terna / DSO) and MACSE-related projects


• Interface with EPC contractors during execution


• Sign electrical designs and take responsibility under DM 37/08

Location:
Napoli, Italy

Profile:
Electrical Engineer, minimum of 4 years of experience, strong MV/HV background

Mindset:
hands-on, ownership-driven, comfortable with responsibility

This is a role for someone who wants to build projects from day one and see them energized, inside a lean and fast-growing BESS platform.
