What you'll do:

  • Coordinate a team to help to achieve business goals.
  • Plan, analyze private campaigns, focusing on reactivation, upselling, cross selling, player engagement and retention.
  • Managing the planning and continuous optimization of private promotions, ensuring performance and alignment with commercial goals.
  • Maintain campaigns reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution.

What you'll bring:

  • Managerial skill and attitude.
  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and promotional campaign logic.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and turn data into actionable next steps.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in parallel.
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills, fluent in both Italian and English.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and automation platforms would be a great plus (e.g. Optimove or similar).
