Youbiquo is looking for an experienced and visionary
Head of XR Division
to lead the strategy, development, and expansion of our extended reality (XR) ecosystem, including the
Leonardo XR Headset
, its related libraries, and our XR App Store.

The position reports directly to the CEO.

Your Role

• Define and manage the
  product roadmap
  for the Leonardo XR headset and supporting software
• Define Revenues goals, assessed on quarterly basis
• Lead XR department composed by 6 people and growing
• Oversee
  XR projects
  end-to-end, ensuring innovation, technical excellence, and delivery
• Build and maintain strategic
  partnerships with XR content and application providers
  across Europe
• Manage our
  XR App Store ecosystem
  , including governance and developer engagement
• Organize and lead
  industry events and initiatives
  to promote our XR platform

Your Profile

• Degree in
  Computer Science
  or
  Computer Engineering
• Proven experience in
  XR product management
  and
  XR project leadership
• Solid knowledge of XR trends and developer ecosystems
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and partnership-building skills
• Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
