About:

Sedes is a fast-growing startup based in Rome, building modern operations-management tools for the real estate industry. Our platform is already used nationwide by companies such as Unicampus Apartments, Doppelganger, and others.

We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a junior full-stack developer who is hungry to learn, grow quickly, and help us build the best product in the market for bridging real-world operations with administrative workflows.

You will work directly with our CTO and become the second engineer at the company, meaning massive ownership, high impact, and real growth opportunities.

We move fast, iterate constantly, and value clarity, clean code, and thoughtful engineering decisions.

We work in English and Italian.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals
  • Experience with React or
  • backend development
  • Basic understanding of REST API principles
  • Knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRUD operations and HTTP methods
  • Experience using Git version control
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills

  • Tailwind CSS experience
  • Experience with Supabase
  • Familiarity with OpenAI API
  • Exposure to serverless architectures (e.g., AWS Lambda)
  • Experience with i18n frameworks (e.g., next-intl)
