Dentons Italy is currently looking for an Associate to be based in our Rome office to expand its Structured Finance Team (Banking & Finance Department).

Requirements
  • Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
  • Admitted to the Italian bar.
  • Between 2 and 5 years PQE.
  • At least 2 years of experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions gained in a comparable law firm.
  • High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
  • Attitude to work in team, attention to details and motivation are essential skills.
  • Global mindset and enthusiasm.
  • You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
