We are an innovative pioneer in the fields of ventilators, automated pipetting, sample management and in the development of process sensors.At our site in Italy , we sell state-of-the-art process measurement technology for customers in the biopharmaceutical, chemical and brewery industry, as well as pipetting robots to automate liquid handling processes for the pharmaceutical and food industry through to cell and DNA research.

How you can make a difference:

  • Work on customized projects related to integrated liquid handling systems
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain the complete Hamilton Robotics instrument portfolio (liquid handlers, plate handlers, decapper, 2D barcode reader, and other devices) across the Italian territory
  • Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and/or electronic issues, and perform preventive maintenance and functionality checks
  • Monitor and adhere to field service policies, procedures, and technical standards, and recommend changes when necessary
  • Contribute to improving and developing the Service Support Quality for customers as part of the Support Team
  • Ensure and maintain the "level of excellence" of the products portfolio

That's what you bring along:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in electronics or mechatronics or related discipline
  • Experienced in the position (2-3 years) on high technology content instruments (automated devices)
  • Strong communication and customer support skills are needed
  • Must be a proven self-motivated individual and possess a valid driver's license
  • Available to frequently travel across North-West Italy (rarely in Europe) and stay overnight (1-2 nights per week in average)
  • English language is a must (second language is a plus)
  • Knowledge of a programming language is appreciated
