Led by industry veteran Hideaki Itsuno, the studio operates across two locations in Tokyo and Osaka.The studio offers a flexible and inclusive work environment and actively welcomes game creators who are full of talent and passion for pushing the boundaries of game development.仕事内容/What the Role Entails仕事内容 1、ゲーム内UI/UXの企画・仕様設計メニュー、HUD、インベントリ、スキルツリー、マップなど、プレイヤー操作・視認に関わるUI全般の仕様を設計し、仕様書の作成から実装までを行います。2、情報設計と導線設計ユーザーの状況判断や行動選択をスムーズにするための情報配置・表示優先度・画面遷移などを設計し、操作性と視認性のバランスを調整します。3、プロトタイプ作成とUIフロー設計ワイヤーフレームや画面遷移図などを作成し、UIの構造・UXフローを可視化。UIアーティストやプログラマーと連携して仕様を実装に落とし込みます。4、UIサウンド及びテキストの管理と実装進行UIにサウンドエフェクトやテキストの管理を関係セクションと連携しながら行います。5、実装・デバッグのサポートおよび品質管理UI仕様が意図通りに動作しているか、実装の最終チェックや不具合の検証を行い、ユーザー体験の品質を担保します。Job Description 1. Planning and Specification Design of In-Game UI/UXDesign specifications for all UI elements related to player operation and visibility, including menus, HUD, inventory, skill trees, and maps. Responsible for creating specifications and overseeing their implementation.2. Information Architecture and User Flow DesignDesign information placement, display priorities, and screen transitions to facilitate smooth user decision-making and action selection. Balance usability and visibility for an optimal experience.3. Prototype Creation and UI Flow DesignCreate wireframes, screen transition diagrams, and other prototypes to visualize UI structure and UX flow. Collaborate with UI artists and programmers to implement specifications effectively.4. UI Sound and Text Management and Implementation CoordinationManage UI sound effects and text content in coordination with relevant departments, ensuring proper implementation within the project.5. Implementation, Debug Support, and Quality ManagementConduct final checks and bug verification to ensure the UI functions as intended, maintaining high-quality user experience.応募資格/Who We Look For応募条件1、コンシューマーまたはPCゲームにおけるUI設計経験2、ユーザー体験に対する理解と論理的な画面設計能力3、UIフロー設計、ワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイピングの制作スキル4、UIアーティストやエンジニアと連携した仕様実装経験5、ゲームの全体構造・システムと連携を意識した設計思考歓迎スキル1、モバイル/PC/コンソールなど複数プラットフォームでの3年以上のUI設計経験2、Unity、Unreal Engineなどを用いたUI組込み経験3、ユーザビリティテストやデータ分析に基づくUI改善経験4、多言語対応UIの設計・検証経験5、UIモーションやアニメーション演出に関する知見Requirements:1. Experience in UI design for console or PC games.2. Understanding of user experience and the ability to design screens logically.3. Skills in UI flow design, wireframing, and prototyping.4. Experience implementing specifications in collaboration with UI artists and engineers.5. Design thinking with awareness of overall game structure and system integration.Preferred Skills:1. Over 3 years of UI design experience across multiple platforms such as mobile, PC, or console.2. Experience integrating UI using Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar tools.3. Experience improving UI based on usability testing and data analysis.4. Experience designing and verifying multilingual UI.5.
