We are looking for a
Sales Assistant
to join our amazing team at Christian Dior Couture in our
Milano Galleria Boutique.
As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the Ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and you can make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

YOUR IMPACT
Reporting To The Store Manager, The Sales Assistant's Responsibility Is To Contribute To The Brand Sales Growth In The Store, Represent The Brand Values And Provide Guidelines For Outstanding Customer Service. In Particular, The Sales Assistant Can

• Manage the relationship with the clients in the Boutique, having as objective to sell products and to present in the proper way the Brand Image, giving effective information regarding products and events.
• Be a mentor for the new comers providing some training and coaching actions, collaborating with the boutique managerial team, in order to ensure the proper Dior induction to all team members.
• To build customer loyalty through CRM actions: contact/information retrieval, follow up activities, propose and support in the organization of events, suggest new ideas.
• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service, in person, over the phone and through e-communication
• Problem-solving in partnership with the team to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business and the client

Profile

Requirements
WHAT YOU CAN BRING

• Knowledge selling techniques.
• English and Arabic are mandatory (other languages are a plus).
• Office 360 and other basic knowledge of digital software.
