About the Role

Amalfi Coast Dream, a leading private boat charter company based in Sorrento, is looking for a Director of Sales & Operations to oversee our growing business.

This is a full-time, year-round leadership position focused on driving revenue growth, managing online and offline sales, and building strategic partnerships across the tourism and boating sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase bookings and revenue.
  • Build long-term relationships with hotels, travel agencies, and DMCs.
  • Supervise online sales performance and manage OTA partnerships (Viator, GetYourGuide, Expedia, etc.).
  • Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Support the company's expansion strategy and uphold service excellence.

Requirements

-Fluent English (spoken and written) is mandatory.

-Must live in the Sorrento area (position is fully on-site).

-Strong leadership and communication skills.

-Motivated, results-oriented, and flexible individual who thrives under pressure.

-Proven experience in the tourism and boating industry — preferably within a charter company or luxury tour operator or hotel concierge/receptionist.
