JOB DESCRIPTION – ESL Teacher

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This is a full-time, hybrid position for an English Second Language (ESL) teacher at Escape Campus - BARI. Teachers will deliver engaging individual and group lessons both online and in person, prepare students for exams, and create tailored learning experiences across age groups and skill levels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver high-quality English lessons to students of all ages and proficiency levels.
  • Design and implement dynamic lesson plans, integrating multimedia and Escape Campus's e-learning tools.
  • Prepare students for English language exams (IELTS, Cambridge, TOEFL).
  • Conduct entry and end-of-course assessments.
  • Provide individualised support and feedback to enhance student learning.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CELTA, TESOL, or equivalent certification (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in ESL teaching, including exam preparation.
  • Strong skills in lesson planning and classroom management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Native-level English proficiency.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
  • Contract type: Fixed-term regular contract with the possibility of extension
  • Location: Hybrid (mix of on-site and online classes)
  • Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications

Retribuzione: €1.000,00 - €1.400,00 al mese
