On behalf of our client, a multinational company operating in the manufacturing sector and specialized in innovative technological and technical solutions for the industry, we are looking for an I
T Coordinator
as part of the strengthening of the ICT team.

POSITION

The IT Coordinator will:

  • Liaise with the local key-user community in Italy and the global ERP (SAP) Support Team and be the linking element between them

  • Serve as the central Italian ERP (SAP) contact for up-to-date information, both internally for the key users & externally with the global support team

  • Manage day-to-day IT operational aspects of Incidents, Changes and Projects, following up with the responsible local and global Support Organizations and Project Management.

  • Serve as the liaison between Business and IT, ensuring that proposed solutions are planned and implemented in alignment with business expectations and established processes and procedures.

  • Oversee the regional ERP (SAP) Key-User Team in fulfilling the functional needs of a growing organization.

  • Install, coordinate, and support IT devices (desktops, laptops, printers, peripheral devices, etc.)

  • Provide IT support to employees at the site

  • Coordinate all IT-related topics with the IT Group

  • Implement the IT Group standards

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business informatics or other related discipline.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in Information Technology and/or ERP-Systems.

  • Requires solid technical understanding of IT Systems and Procedures.

  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.

  • Team-minded, good communication skills, high commitment, reliability and great personal initiative.
