Your seat to fill:
Drive product listings and revenue growth within the assigned category, working towards defined targetsIdentify, research, and proactively engage prospective customers while building and maintaining strong professional relationshipsOrganize, manage, and deliver brand immersion sessions and product training activitiesPlan and execute effective visit cycles, respond to customer inquiries, assess customer needs, and provide tailored consultationsInstall company Point of Sale (POS) materials and ensure high standards of presentation and cleanliness for all products and POS assetsReport market feedback to headquarters, including competitive activities, product launches, and brand activationsAccurately record data and insights from customer visitsAnalyze company sales data to identify focus areas and share best practices and success storiesPlan, manage, and participate in in-store events to support sell-out performanceCreate and manage social media content calendars aligned with brand guidelines to support sell-in and sell-out initiativesYour stroll to CYBEX:
Previous experience in a sales representative or comparable sales roleCompleted education, ideally with a focus on sales, business, or a related fieldStrong motivation and drive to support brand growthSolid understanding of premium and/or luxury markets and retail environmentsProven sales experience with a proactive and results-oriented approachAbility to plan and manage travel and visit schedules efficientlyStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with attention to detailExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teamsHands-on, proactive, and adaptable working styleWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned regionFluency in Italian and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and manage priorities effectivelyCapability to perform well in a fast-paced, evolving international environmentValid driving licenseCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
