We are building a company designed to operate at the next frontier of Artificial Intelligence adoption, founded by executive leaders with over a decade of hands-on experience in robotics and artificial intelligence.
While most of the market is focused on model performance and large language models, enterprises are facing a deeper and unresolved problem. AI systems still struggle to operate reliably in complex, uncertain and regulated environments. As a result, many AI initiatives fail to move beyond pilots, not because models are not powerful enough, but because they lack reasoning, traceability and trust.
This gap is becoming critical. Enterprises and regulated industries are increasingly demanding AI systems that can reason over limited and heterogeneous data, explain decisions, trace outcomes and operate with reliability comparable to human-led processes.
Our company is built to address exactly this gap.
At the core of our platform is an AI reasoning layer that orchestrates data science, machine learning, computer vision and agentic systems into decision-making architectures that are explainable, traceable and reliable by design. This enables use cases that are currently out of reach for most AI vendors, particularly in environments where risk, accountability and regulation matter.
We are already seeing strong market pull for this approach, as organizations look for alternatives to generic AI offerings that cannot meet real-world operational and regulatory requirements.
We are now looking for a
Head of Go-To-Market & Partnerships
to join the company at founding team stage and help transform this momentum into a scalable and category-defining business.
The role
You will work directly with the CEO and take responsibility for shaping and executing the company's go-to-market strategy.
Your role will translate a technically deep and highly differentiated AI platform into a clear, credible and compelling market narrative one that stands out in an overcrowded AI landscape and resonates with decision-makers who increasingly prioritize trust, explainability, traceability and reliability over generic model performance.
You will :
define ideal customer profiles, priority industries and target use cases
design positioning and messaging, and lead early enterprise and upper mid-market sales efforts.
build and manage commercial pipelines, engage with C-level stakeholders, and develop strategic partnerships with system integrators, cloud providers, advisory firms and industry players.
act as the bridge between technology and business, ensuring that market feedback informs product direction and that advanced technical capabilities are communicated in a way that clearly differentiates the company from generic AI vendors.
contribute to strategic decisions around pricing models, commercial offerings, partnerships and long-term revenue strategy, operating as a core member of the founding team.
Who you are
You have strong experience in B2B technology go-to-market, sales or partnerships, ideally in AI, data, advanced analytics or complex software products. You are comfortable selling high-value, non-commodity solutions where trust, credibility and long-term impact are critical.
You understand how enterprises think about adoption risk, governance and regulation, especially in contexts where explainability, traceability and reliability are essential requirements rather than optional features.
You are entrepreneurial, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and motivated by building something from the ground up rather than stepping into a fully formed organization. You are able to engage credibly with senior stakeholders, translate complex concepts into business value, and take ownership of outcomes.
Most importantly, you are looking for ownership, responsibility and long-term upside, not just a title or short-term compensation.
What we offer
You will join the company at founding team stage with a meaningful equity package, subject to a standard four-year vesting schedule with a one-year cliff.
You will have direct influence on company strategy, positioning and growth, working closely with the CEO and technical leadership. You will have the opportunity to help define a new category around AI reasoning and to shape how enterprises adopt AI systems that are trustworthy, explainable and fit for real-world decision-making.
This role is designed for someone who wants to build a company, not just close deals.
Important note
This role is equity-based at the beginning and does not include a salary initially.
