The resource, within the Information Technology Department, will support the IT Infrastructure Team with the aim to improve, monitor and maintain the Company IT System.

Main Activities

  • Support to all company employees, focusing on installation, configuration and problem risolution related to Hardware and Software Systems
  • Support to ticketing and trobuleshooting activities
  • Support in suppliers management and relation (Data Center, Fixed and Mobile Telephony, Network, ecc..)

Skills

  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Interest and passion for the IT field
  • Good knowlege of MS Office
  • Accuracy, planning and organization
  • Good relational and communicational skills

Education

  • High school diploma in Information Technology or Degree in Information Technology

6-month internship planned
