As an AIS Product & Strategy Leader, you will be at the forefront of shaping our AIS product portfolio and strategic direction.
The High voltage product types involved are: Live tank circuit breakers, Generators circuit breakers, Air insulated Disconnectors and Instrument transformers.
You will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the AIS product vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business goals and market opportunities.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform product roadmap and strategic decisions.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver product initiatives.
Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a comprehensive AIS product roadmap that prioritizes features and initiatives based on market insights and business objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input on product requirements and commercial viability. Ensure alignment across teams on product goals and strategies.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on business goals.
Innovation & Differentiation: Identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in the market. Drive initiatives to enhance AIS product offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new AIS products and features, ensuring successful launch and adoption.
Customer-Centric Approach: Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization, ensuring that product decisions are driven by customer needs and feedback.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Proven experience in technology or product management functions.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
Outstanding leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.
Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
Track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a competitive market.
Willing to travel 50% of the time worldwide
