Regional Commodity Manager

Ricerchiamo un/a Regional Commodity Manager che si occuperà di gestire l'approvvigionamento di componenti e materiali per alcune categorie merceologiche ed in riferimento ai nostri stabilimenti europei.
La risorsa sarà responsabile del sourcing di componenti (elettrici, meccanici, idraulici), materiali e servizi, garantendo il rispetto delle specifiche tecniche, delle tempistiche e del budget.
Collaborerà strettamente con i dipartimenti Engineering, Produzione, Qualità e Project Management.
Il/la candidato/a si occuperà principalmente di:
- Analizzare distinte base e specifiche tecniche fornite dall'ingegneria
- Selezionare e qualificare fornitori
- Negoziare contratti e condizioni commerciali, assicurando il miglior rapporto qualità/prezzo
- Supportare i Procurement Planners nella gestione degli ordini e monitorare le consegne
- Coordinarsi con i Project Manager per garantire la disponibilità dei materiali
- Collaborare con il reparto Qualità per ispezioni su materiali e componenti
- Monitorare il mercato per individuare nuove tecnologie e soluzioni innovative
- Gestire non-conformità e reclami dei fornitori.
Requisiti:
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente, Gestionale) o Economia
- Esperienza di 5-8 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in aziende produttive o di ingegneria
- Inglese fluente (scritto e parlato)
- Competenze negoziali, problem solving, orientamento ai risultati, gestione delle priorità
- Conoscenza di sistemi ERP (SAP, Oracle) e suite MS Office
- Disponibilità a viaggiare in Europa.
