We are looking for a City Launcher to open our service in Rome You will be in charge of opening the business in Rome and managing the related activities, growing the service and spreading our brand. Don't worry, you'll be constantly supported and receive all the instruction you need to do this job

Tasks
General:
- Performing daily tasks
- Build the business from scratch with the support of the team
- Search for partners and strategic collaborations
- Feedback and input to best support you in managing activities
External Recruiting:
- Verify applications from potential new cleaning agents
- Interviewing candidates to check that they meet Batmaid's standards
- Recruitment and induction of cleaners
- Retention and management of agents during the life cycle within the company.
Customer success:
- Supporting customers in their daily demands and needs
- Proposing solutions adapted to customer needs
- Excellence in our daily operations
- Retention and satisfaction during the customer life cycle within the company.
Requirements
- Learning speed and multitasking.
- Being comfortable with working independently.
- Strong ability to relate to different partners.
- Fluent English and Italian are a must. Any other language is a plus.
- Motivation and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong understanding of the local market and stakeholders.
