About the location:
An urban retreat steeped in historic beauty. Our historic Hotel, with its Michelin-starred Italian restaurant and a locally inspired Spa where you can spend afternoons in pure indulgence, is just steps away from the cultural heart of Florence.Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is currently seeking a motivated IT Intern to join our Team for a 6‑month internship program, starting in March 2026.
About the role
The IT Intern will assist the team in providing direct guest and employee support to function rooms, conference services and training initiatives. S/he will assist the IT Team in providing systems administration, including maintaining user/group accounts, user configuration, trouble-shooting access problems and completion of on-site documentation.

Team spirit and can-do-approach to any request.
Prior education and/or interest in Information Technology. Excellent computer skills.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English.

Schedule & Hours:
Full time - six months internship program starting in March 2026.
