Paul Taylor, brand italiano di abbigliamento uomo, sinonimo di stile, eleganza e qualità Made in Italy, è alla ricerca di un/a District Manager per l'area di Milano.

La posizione

La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo dei punti vendita dell'area assegnata, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi commerciali e l'eccellenza operativa in linea con l'immagine e i valori del brand.

Principali responsabilità


• Coordinare, motivare e supportare gli Store Manager e i team di vendita.


• Analizzare i KPI e implementare strategie per massimizzare le performance dei negozi.


• Assicurare il rispetto degli standard qualitativi, visual e customer experience.


• Supervisionare le attività di training, recruiting e sviluppo del personale.


• Collaborare con la direzione Retail e Visual per ottimizzare i risultati e garantire coerenza d'immagine su tutta la rete.

Requisiti


• Esperienza di almeno 3-5 anni nel ruolo di District Manager o Area Manager nel settore fashion retail.


• Spiccato orientamento ai risultati e forte sensibilità commerciale.


• Ottime doti di leadership, comunicazione e organizzazione.


• Capacità analitiche e dimestichezza con i principali KPI di vendita.


• Disponibilità a frequenti spostamenti nell'area assegnata.
