Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification and execution of complex, cross-functional improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy advanced Lean tools and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen Events, DMAIC, A3 Problem Solving).
  • Proactively identify and prioritize high-impact improvement areas aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a key contributor to the site or corporate Continuous Improvement strategy.
  • Define KPIs and drive performance reviews related to improvement initiatives.
  • Lead internal audits and continuous improvement assessments.
  • Coach, mentor, and train colleagues at various levels to embed a culture of Operational Excellence.
  • Serve as a point of reference for best practices and process standardization across functions.
  • Operates with high autonomy; trusted to make decisions and lead initiatives independently, impacts multiple departments or business units; may interface with senior leadership.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching role; may act as a subject matter expert and leader of project team

Your profile

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Life Sciences, or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Transformation, or Continuous Improvement roles within structured organizations
  • Minimum 5 years of proven CI experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
