Product Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities
This role focuses on integrating sustainability into product development and marketing. You will lead carbon footprint assessments, enable automated LCA processes, and ensure ESG compliance in product declarations. Additionally, you will help communicate sustainability as a key value proposition for customers.

Locations: Poland, Hungary, Italy, UK

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Lead assessment of raw material carbon footprint and its impact on product sustainability.
• Manage product-specific data collection for Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPD).
• Collaborate with the R&D Sustainability Center to implement automated LCA generation processes.
• Support creation of marketing materials that position sustainability as a value driver for customers.
• Maintain and enhance sustainability master data for eCommerce platforms.
• Ensure accurate and compliant ESG-related product declarations across all relevant channels.

Qualifications For The Role

• Master's degree in engineering, Natural Sciences or Environmental Sciences.
• At least five years of working experience in the field of sustainability including exposure to ESG reporting.
• Strong understanding of sustainability principles (value chain emissions, circularity, product life cycle assessments) with basic knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, codes of practice, and industry standards, particularly in Europe.
• Advanced data management and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global team with proven organizational and project management skills.
• Proactive with passion for making a positive impact on the environment and contributing to a more sustainable future.
• Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken).
