Per la Direzione Business Operations & Innovation stiamo cercando giovani e brillanti neo-laureate/i con la passione per i numeri, da inserire in stage all'interno della funzione "Sales Analysis & Revenue Management".
L'obiettivo del Team è analizzare e massimizzare la redditività degli spazi pubblicitari nell'ambito di un'offerta multicanale e multi-editore, attraverso un confronto costante con le Unit di Marketing, commerciali e di planning.
Dopo un periodo di formazione, le persone supporteranno il gruppo nelle seguenti attività:
- analizzare i dati di vendita e di redditività e i trend di crescita, per sviluppare raccomandazioni indirizzate ai team di revenue management e di vendita;
- sviluppare e presentare report chiari e dettagliati sulle performance dei clienti/aree di vendita, evidenziando trend significativi e fornendo raccomandazioni per eventuali miglioramenti.
La/il candidata/o ideale è neolaureata/o in Ingegneria gestionale, Economia o materie affini, possiede un'ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel, e della lingua inglese.
Completano il profilo proattività, flessibilità, capacità di adattamento a un contesto mutevole.
