Dentons Italy is currently looking to grow its Corporate M&A group with the appointment of a Junior Associate based in our Milan office.

Our Corporate M&A Team consists of specialized lawyers, recognized among the best for their areas of expertise. Collaborating in the Corporate M&A department means being part of a rapidly growing group, as well as receiving specific training and being involved in the most innovative legal issues.

Requirements

Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.Current license to practice law in Italy.Between 1 and 2 years PQE in the Corporate M&A field, gained in a comparable law firm.High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.Excellent negotiation and communications skills.Global mentality and enthusiasm.You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us.
