Vice President - M&A Advisory (Investment Banking Boutique)

e la capacità di offrire advisory strategica a primari fondi di Private Equity e gruppi industriali, siamo alla ricerca di un
Vice President (VP1-VP2)
da inserire nel team italiano. La realtà è caratterizzata da una cultura
imprenditoriale, snella e meritocratica
, con un'elevata esposizione verso il top management dei clienti e un coinvolgimento diretto in tutte le fasi delle operazioni.

Principali responsabilità

  • Gestione autonoma di progetti di M&A in tutte le fasi del processo (origination, structuring, execution).
  • Supervisione e revisione dei materiali di presentazione (Information Memorandum, pitch, management presentation, valuation models).
  • Coordinamento dei team di lavoro, degli advisor esterni (legal, tax, due diligence) e dei counterparties durante le trattative.
  • Interazione diretta con clienti, fondi di investimento e imprenditori, curando relazioni commerciali e sviluppo di nuove opportunità.
  • Supporto ai Managing Directors nella preparazione di proposte e attività di business development.
  • Monitoraggio dei trend di mercato, dei competitor e delle transazioni rilevanti nei settori di riferimento.

Requisiti

  • 5-8 anni di esperienza complessiva in M&A
    , di cui almeno
    2-3 anni in ruolo da Associate o Vice President
    in
    boutique o banche d'investimento di primario standing
    .
  • Track record concreto in
    operazioni mid-market e/o cross-border
    , con responsabilità diretta in execution.
  • Eccellenti competenze di
    modellistica finanziaria, valutazione d'impresa e analisi strategica
    .
  • Capacità di gestione autonoma di processi complessi e di relazione con clienti e controparti internazionali.
  • Laurea in discipline economiche o finanziarie (preferibilmente con background accademico internazionale).
  • Inglese fluente; la conoscenza di una seconda lingua europea costituisce un plus.
  • Attitudine imprenditoriale, approccio hands-on, leadership e capacità di lavorare in contesti ad alta pressione.
