Unsere ERP-Landschaft wird grundlegend modernisiert – mit einem klaren Fokus auf Datenqualität, -architektur und -strategie. Als Senior Enterprise Data Architect (m/w/d) spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle in unserem "Next Gen ERP"-Programm. Du verbindest Technologie mit Business, gibst Datenstrukturen eine klare Linie und machst aus komplexen Anforderungen tragfähige Architekturkonzepte. Deine Aufgaben – so bringst du Struktur ins Datenuniversum:

  • Du entwickelst unsere unternehmensweite Datenarchitektur und gestaltest aktiv die übergreifende Datenstrategie mit – inkl. Stammdaten und Analytics
  • Du definierst Standards, Taxonomien, Metadaten und Datenmodelle – und sorgst dafür, dass daraus keine Wissenschaft, sondern ein praktikables Framework wird
  • Du unterstützt bei der Harmonisierung von Datenstrukturen über Systeme, Applikationen und Geschäftsbereiche hinweg
  • Du gestaltest Integrationsarchitekturen und bist Ansprechpartner:in für Datenflüsse, Migrationen, Konsolidierungen und Cloud-Themen
  • Du bringst Daten-Governance zum Leben, verantwortest Modelle, Versionen, Freigaben und behältst Qualität & Konsistenz im Blick
  • Du arbeitest eng mit IT, Business Units und Data Governance zusammen – du übersetzt zwischen Technik und Business 
  • Du beobachtest Technologietrends und treibst datengetriebene Innovationen – und förderst eine aktive Datenkultur im Unternehmen 
Das bringst du mit – dein Profil als Data-Champion
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Management oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Datenarchitektur, im Data Stewardship oder im Master Data Management – idealerweise in komplexen IT-Umfeldern
  • Praxis mit SAP S/4HANA oder anderen ERP-Plattformen – gerne auch in Transformations- oder Migrationsszenarien
  • Vertraut mit den Prinzipien der Data Governance, Metadatenverwaltung und Tools zur Datenqualität
  • Know-how in ETL-Prozessen, Data Profiling und Tools wie Collibra, Informatica, SAP MDG etc.
  • Sicher im Umgang mit Datenmodellen, Datenbankstrukturen und Integrationsarchitekturen
  • Kommunikationsstark: Du bringst komplexe Datenthemen auf den Punkt – auch für nicht-technische Stakeholder
  • Proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und ein echter Teamplayer – du liebst es, Brücken zwischen Business und IT zu bauen
