POSITION SUMMARY

Joshua's Capital is a Strategy Consulting  and Corporate Financial Advisory firm wit footprint in Italy, France and Africa.

Over the past 2 years, after several projects in energy and renewables, we have opened a new vertical focusing on Energy Engineering consulting.

Our Energy Engineering consulting focused primarily on EPCs, IPPs, Developers, Co-Developers, and industrial clients based primarily in Italy, France and Africa and operating specifically in the energy and renewables industry.

For a new engagement starting in February/ March we are looking for two (2) profiles with Energy Engineering backgroung to support our clients in the technica aspects of projects authorization for Data Centers and BESS.

The two profiles should have the following background:

  • Technical and engineering coordination with renewable energy engineering background
  • Project and permitting management with renewable energy engineering background

Previous experiences in BESS and Data Center projects would be a plus.

KEY ACTIVITIES

  • Due diligence and preliminary design coordination

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

:

  • Work alongside local authorities, urban planner, and local permitting managers in charge of projects authorisation
  • Work alongside environment and national authorities in charge of VIA (environmental standards) or projects approval
  • Work alongside with Fire prevention, technical engineers, construction sites safety and compliance experts for projects approval
  • Project management and stakeholder management
  • Follow the whole permitting process as well as submitting the whole documentation to local authorities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Energy Engineering highly required
  • Experience in management and technical coordination in renewable energy projects
  • Experience in Data Center and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) a significant plus
