Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position as a Procurement Manager, based in Milan. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing purchasing activities, sourcing and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective contract management to optimize procurement processes. This role involves analyzing procurement data, maintaining supplier relationships, and contributing to cost-effective and high-quality sourcing strategies, aligning with organizational objectives and sustainability principles.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Procurement and Supplier Evaluation
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and Contract Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess and improve procurement strategies
- Ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with company standards
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with procurement practices in manufacturing industries is advantageous
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and ERP systems
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
