Senior Controller.

La figura avrà la responsabilità di coordinare l'attività del controllo di gestione e supervisionare due risorse del team contabile.

Responsabilità principali
:

  • Attività di reportistica mensile e trimestrale
  • Coordinare la preparazione di budget e forecast periodicamente
  • Predisposizione della reportistica finanziaria (P&L, Stato Patrimoniale, Cash Flow)
  • Analisi di costi industriali, ricavi e marginalità di prodotto
  • Effettuare analisi degli scostamenti rispetto al budget
  • Collaborare al miglioramento dei processi e delle procedure amministrativo–contabili e dei sistemi di controllo interno
  • Riporto al CFO
  • Si interfaccia con l'ufficio della supply chain e l'ufficio commerciale
  • Supervisione delle attività di 2 risorse del team accounting.

Requisiti
:

  • Preferibile laurea in Economia o Ingegneria Gestionale
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in contesti aziendali con il ruolo di Controller o Senior Auditor presso una delle Big Four
  • Ottica conoscenza dei principi di contabilità analitica e del controllo di gestione
  • Competenze in attività di people management
  • Eccellente capacità di utilizzo Microsoft Excel
  • Richiesta capacità analitica, attenzione al dettaglio e buona comunicazione
  • Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
  • Familiarità con sistemi ERP: Preferibile conoscenza del gestionale Microsoft Dynamics
