Next Job Abroad is thrilled to offer an exceptional opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the beautiful landscape of Greece. Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through live chat, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with issues related to their gaming accounts, promotions, and any technical difficulties.
- Resolve inquiries efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about our products and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; other languages are an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, ideally in the iGaming industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle.
