Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to support daily logistics operations for one of our most strategic customers. This role ensures smooth warehouse activities, compliance with high service standards, and efficient resource management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and distribution operations.
  • Coordinate team activities to meet productivity and accuracy targets.
  • Monitor KPIs and report performance to the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
  • Support process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for operational issues and client requests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in logistics or warehouse supervision.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of WMS and operational processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
