Eli Lilly Italia, per lo stabilimento di Sesto Fiorentino, è alla ricerca di un* Operatore/ice Meccanico/a da inserire nei reparti di produzione di assemblaggio e confezionamento, in base alle competenze pregresse.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Conduzione e monitoraggio delle macchine di reparto e dei cicli produttivi

  • Impostazione, set-up e regolazione degli impianti secondo le procedure aziendali

  • Controllo dello stato e dell'identità del prodotto durante le fasi di lavorazione

  • Preparazione materiali, lavaggio e sterilizzazione delle attrezzature, pulizia dei locali

  • Movimentazione dei materiali in entrata e in uscita dal reparto

  • Gestione della documentazione di processo

  • Esecuzione di attività di manutenzione elettromeccanica di base in affiancamento ai tecnici

  • Effettuazione di ispezioni, controlli, lubrificazioni e attività previste dalla manutenzione preventiva (PM)

  • Segnalazione di guasti e anomalie, con possibilità di diagnosi preliminare e supporto alle attività correttive

  • Proposta di azioni di manutenzione predittiva e miglioramento continuo volte ad aumentare efficienza, produttività e sicurezza

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Diploma di maturità ad indirizzo tecnico (meccanico, elettrico, elettronico o scientifico)

  • Gradita pregressa esperienza in ambito produttivo e/o manutentivo

Si richiede la disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche notturni.

Previsto inserimento in contratto di somministrazione iniziale di 12 mesi

Inquadramento: CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, Livello D3
