The Role

To strengthen our Client Value team, we are looking for a
Functional Consultant / Project Manager
who can bridge business needs, project delivery and client engagement.

The role involves close collaboration with clients and full ownership of projects, covering both functional consulting and project management responsibilities from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and map clients' business processes
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable solutions
  • Own the project lifecycle, including planning, delivery, budget and milestones
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Support pre-sales activities, statements of work and client onboarding
  • Contribute to change management initiatives and co-creation workshops

Requirements

  • Experience in consulting and/or project management roles
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and client focus
  • Ability to work in a structured way while adapting to different clients and contexts
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience with CRM, BI, Analytics or data-driven environments is a plus
